We’ve been working with our partners and providers to create options for your order. Starting Monday (March 23) at 3:00 PM (EST), ticket-holders will be able to select the option of receiving a refund for their order, or keeping their ticket which can be used for a 12 Barz 2020, or bunny hop 2021. Keeping your ticket for a future event will include first access to lOcations and team. The option to submit for a refund request will only be available until Monday april 6, 2020 at 11:59 PM (EST). Order refunds will be processed within 14 days from when the request period ends. You will receive an email when your refund is processed, and no further action will be needed once you complete your request.
We Know the current outbreak is keeping everyone at home and apart from one another. It’s in our human nature to want to be together, having a good time, jumping from bar to bar taking shots and completing tasks.
